EXAMPLE:

We hold chapter monthly meetings the first Tuesday of every month (except holidays). 

We have been meeting at a restaurant called Penguin Paradise, near the North Pole, for the past several years. 

However, we do hold two chapter meetings per year near the South Pole at a restaurant called Penguin Pub.
